Payment is due in full at the time services are performed. If your pet is being admitted to the hospital, we require the following before care begins: 1) your signed consent on the client consent and estimate form, and 2) an initial deposit of 50% of the upper end of the estimate. This ensures we have your confirmation to proceed with your pet's care. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover payments. We do not extend credit or bill for services. Any open invoices will be sent to collections after 45 days unless prior arrangements are made. *
